Who we are

Dolzhenko Dev is an independent publisher of mobile applications for iOS, based in Aktau, Mangystau Region, Kazakhstan. We develop and release our own products and take partner applications under publishing.

This website is information, not an offer

Everything on this site describes what we do. It is not a public offer, not a price list and not a promise of any particular result.

Working with us starts only after we agree on terms in writing. Until then nothing on this page creates an obligation for either side.

Publishing partnerships

We consider applications individually. Whether we take an app, and on what terms, depends on the product, its metrics and our capacity at that moment.

Every partnership is set out in a separate written agreement, which defines at least:

• what each side is responsible for and what it contributes;
• how revenue is shared and when it is paid;
• who owns the application and its accounts;
• how either side may end the arrangement.

Where an agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

What we expect from a partner

To work together, the application must comply with the rules of the platform it is published on, and the partner must hold the rights to everything inside it — code, graphics, sound and text.

We also expect honest access to performance data. We cannot grow an app on numbers we cannot see.

Our applications

Applications we publish are governed by their own terms and by the rules of the store that distributes them. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds are handled by the platform, not by us directly.

Intellectual property

The name Dolzhenko Dev, this site, its texts and its images belong to us. Please do not copy them for your own commercial use without asking.

Partner applications and their materials stay with their owners. Publishing does not transfer ownership unless an agreement says so explicitly.

Limits of responsibility

We keep this site accurate, but do not guarantee it is complete or available without interruption. Links to other sites are given for convenience — what happens on them is not ours to control.

App markets are unpredictable: platform rules, advertising costs and demand change without our consent. We do not promise specific installs, revenue or rankings.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date of the last change at the top.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We would rather settle any disagreement by talking first — write to us.
