Who we are

Dolzhenko Dev is an independent publisher of mobile applications for iOS. We develop and release our own products and take partner applications under publishing.

This website

This site is a set of static pages. It has no registration, no user accounts, no comment forms and no payment forms. We do not ask you for personal data to read it.

The hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time. These logs exist for security and diagnostics, we do not use them to identify visitors.

The page with our office embeds a Google map. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email or through the App Store, we receive what you send: your address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

We use it only to answer you and, if we start working together, to keep our correspondence. We do not sell it, do not add it to mailing lists and do not pass it to anyone who is not involved in answering you.

Our applications

Applications we publish are separate products, each with its own privacy policy available on its App Store page. That policy, not this one, describes what a particular application collects.

In general our applications may process technical data — device type, operating system version, in-app events, advertising identifier where the user has allowed tracking — for analytics, subscription handling and advertising. Data is processed by the platform and by service providers acting for us.

Publishing partners

If we publish your application, we exchange working data: store statistics, campaign and revenue figures, and the details needed to pay you.

We use this only to run and settle our joint work, keep it confidential, and do not disclose your numbers to other partners. The exact terms are set in the agreement we sign with you.

Who else receives data

To operate we rely on external services, each acting under its own terms:

• Apple — distribution of applications and subscription payments
• Advertising and analytics providers — campaigns, attribution and statistics
• Hosting and email providers — this website and our correspondence

We do not sell personal data and do not transfer it to anyone outside the purposes described here.

Storage and your rights

We keep correspondence and partner records for as long as our work continues and for a reasonable period after it, as accounting rules require.

You may ask what data about you we hold, ask to correct it, or ask to delete it. Write to support@dolzhenkodev.com — we reply within a reasonable time. To stop any data collection by an application, delete the application from your device.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us such data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always lives at this address, with the date of the last change at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.
